- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for our global user base.

- Develop and maintain efficient event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka to facilitate real-time data processing and system synchronization.

- Build and secure RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end interfaces and backend services, enhancing overall system interoperability.

- Optimize complex database queries and schema designs across SQL and NoSQL environments to improve data retrieval speeds and application responsiveness.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline deployment cycles and ensure consistent performance across development and production environments.

- Collaborate within an Agile framework to participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain the integrity of our mission-critical business applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a deep understanding of design patterns and clean code principles.

- Proven ability to manage data persistence layers effectively, balancing the use of relational SQL databases with the flexibility of NoSQL solutions based on project requirements.

- Strong proficiency in modern DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes, to support scalable cloud-native deployments.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions within a team.

- A proactive mindset toward learning and adapting to new technologies, coupled with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 6 to 13 years of hands-on experience in backend software engineering.
