Network Security Reliability Engineer (NRE) 8+ years-Mumbai

An experienced Network Security Reliability Engineer responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and security of enterprise-grade network and security infrastructure across global environments. The role involves multi-vendor technology management, advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous service improvement within a large international banking environment.

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and manage multi-vendor network and security infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and remote sites.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident response for complex network/security issues.

- Implement secure network architecture, segmentation, NAC, firewall optimization, and vulnerability remediation.

- Maintain high availability, redundancy, performance tuning, capacity planning, and traffic optimization (QoS/SD-WAN).

- Support audits, compliance activities, patch validation, firmware reviews, firewall rule validation, and continuous service improvements.

Requirements :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in network and security engineering within enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in TCP/IP, routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), SDN, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, proxy, NAC, and WLC systems.

- Hands-on experience with multiple vendors such as Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Infoblox, Check Point, Trend Micro, Ivanti, and Skyhigh.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in computer science/IT (or equivalent) with preferred certifications such as CCIE, NSE7, CCSA/CCSE, CISSP, or similar.
