Description :

- Manage and administer security solution I.e. Netskope, Zscaler platform, including policy configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Handle day to day operational issues related to Secure Web Gateway (SWG) services.

- Maintain and optimize web filtering, DLP, and CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) policies.

- Ensure proper functioning of endpoint agents and perform upgrade/maintenance activities.

- Analyze and resolve access issues, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.

- Manage web policy flow, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and related configurations.

- Maintain platform documentation, policy flow diagrams, and operational runbooks.

- Possess strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and Data Center architectures.

- Proficient in core network services such as DHCP, NTP, ARP, NAT, Policy based routing and ACLs.

- Proficient in the use of network analysis tools such as Wireshark, fiddler, tcping etc.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Quality of Service (QoS) configurations.

- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required to support critical operations.

- Experienced in using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, with good understanding of Change Management and Problem Management processes.

- Understanding of SolarWinds monitoring platform.

- Strong team player with effective collaboration and communication skills.
