About the Role :

We are looking for a Firewall & Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise firewalls, VPNs, network security, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and manage enterprise firewalls including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, and Check Point.

- Configure and optimize firewall rules, NAT, VPNs, and security policies.

- Perform firewall policy reviews, cleanup, and security optimization.

- Manage IPS/IDS, WAF, and perimeter security controls.

- Design and maintain secure LAN/WAN and cloud network architectures.

- Implement IPSec, SSL, and site-to-site VPNs.

- Secure and troubleshoot connectivity across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

- Support incident response, security investigations, and network troubleshooting.

- Perform change impact analysis and follow enterprise change management processes.

- Maintain security documentation and support compliance/audit activities.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Security and Firewall Management.

- Strong experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, or Check Point.

- Hands-on expertise in firewall rules, NAT, VPN configuration, policy review, optimization, and cleanup.

- Strong experience with IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and site-to-site VPN.

- Experience managing IPS/IDS, WAF, and perimeter security controls.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP.

- Experience with LAN/WAN and cloud network architecture.

- Hands-on experience securing and troubleshooting AWS/Azure/GCP hybrid connectivity.

- Experience with monitoring tools and SIEM solutions.

- Experience with change management, impact analysis, incident response, and security investigations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications: CCNP Security, CCIE Security, PCNSE, NSE 7, CISSP, CISM.

- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and audit processes.

- Exposure to Zero Trust and network segmentation.

- Knowledge of Python, Ansible, or Terraform.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
