Arivuu AI Labs is a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI-driven enterprise solutions, automation platforms, cybersecurity operations, and advanced observability products. We are expanding our Network Security and Global Delivery Center (GDC) teams to support strategic client engagements in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Role Overview :

We are looking for Network Security Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, security operations, and infrastructure management. The engineers will work directly from the client site, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance network operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances.

- Perform security configuration, hardening, patching, and incident remediation.

- Conduct network troubleshooting (L2/L3) and resolve performance or connectivity issues.

- Manage VLANs, WAN links, VPN tunnels, routing protocols, and IP addressing.

- Implement and monitor network security policies, access controls, and firewall rules.

- Participate in security audits, compliance checks, and vulnerability mitigation.

- Support GDC operations including ticket management (L1L3), change management, and RFC execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, client IT, SOC/NOC teams, and vendors.

- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.

- Ensure high availability and resilience of network/security environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- CCNA certification (mandatory).

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and security.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

- LAN/WAN architecture

- Firewall policies & NAT

- VPN (Site-to-Site, Remote)

- DNS, DHCP, IPAM

- Experience with enterprise tools: SolarWinds, Wireshark, network monitoring tools, ticketing systems (ServiceNow/JIRA).

- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, SIEM/SOC basics, and incident response.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment with minimal supervision.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) :

- CCNP, CEH, or other security certifications.

- Experience supporting BFSI, telecom, or large enterprise networks.

- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Aruba, or Juniper platforms.
