Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Azure Firewall solutions to protect client's Azure environments, ensuring optimal security posture and performance.

- Configure and manage Azure Network Security Groups (NSGs) to enforce granular network access control policies, minimizing the attack surface.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, including network diagrams, security policies, and standard operating procedures, for internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies, improving overall security resilience.

- Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents, minimizing the impact of potential breaches.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle, ensuring secure application deployment.

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Azure security best practices and compliance requirements, enabling them to meet their regulatory obligations.

- Automate security tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex network security solutions using Azure Firewall and related technologies.

- Proven expertise in configuring and managing Azure Network Security Groups (NSGs) and User Defined Routes (UDRs).

- Strong understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and threat landscape.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platforms.

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001.
