Location : Kerala (WFO)

Experience : 1 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Monitor, support, and administer Zscaler environments (ZIA, ZPA, and Client Connector).

- Troubleshoot network, authentication, endpoint, and connectivity issues.

- Implement security policies, access controls, and traffic rules based on experience level.

- Perform patching, upgrades, release deployments, and system validation.

- Monitor service health, manage incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and OEM/vendor support for issue resolution and escalations.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Requirements :

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Zscaler Administration.

- Experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA; Client Connector experience is preferred.

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, and networking fundamentals.

- Experience troubleshooting Windows/Linux/Mac endpoints and network security issues.

- Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, PAC, GRE, or IPSec is an advantage.

- Experience with incident management, patching, change management, and release activities.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

- Zscaler, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, or Security+ certifications are preferred.
