Network Security Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage network security infrastructure with a focus on Palo Alto Networks firewalls.

- Maintain and configure enterprise-wide firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to ensure secure network access and data transmission.

- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity using threat detection tools and respond to security incidents promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security aligns with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

- Perform regular network risk assessments and vulnerability scans, and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Configure and maintain network routing and switching environments, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.

- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain uninterrupted services.

- Document network architecture, security configurations, and changes made to infrastructure for audit and compliance purposes.

- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to continuously enhance network defenses.

- 5-10 years of experience as a Network Engineer.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewall administration and security policy configuration.

- Minimum 4 years of strong experience in routing and switching technologies.

- Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and security incident response processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Any Graduation.
