Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage network projects from inception through completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Oversee and manage network operations, including R&S, SD-WAN, Wireless, and Firewall technologies, ensuring the team delivers high-performance solutions.
- Manage and guide a team of network engineers, fostering a high-performing environment with clear communication, accountability, and crisis management capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and refine IT processes based on the ITIL Framework, ensuring that all workflows, operations, and service delivery are optimized.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, delivering regular status reports, and providing governance over projects.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO), managing expectations, risks, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in the network infrastructure and service delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish regular reporting on project status, service delivery performance, and areas of improvement.
- Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of new network solutions and services.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 10 to 15 years in the network industry, with a minimum of 8 years in Operations Management.
- In-depth technical knowledge in Routing & Switching (R&S), SD-WAN, Wireless Technologies, and Firewalls.
- Strong ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, with excellent articulation, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Expertise in SLA/SLO management, ensuring quality service and timely delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of the ITIL Framework and related processes, with hands-on experience in process implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
