Network Integrity Expert - TCP/IP

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Integrity Expert to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, diagnostics, and compliance, with a sharp eye for identifying and mitigating network anomalies, faults, and risks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and assess network health, performance, and security to ensure end-to-end network integrity

- Detect and resolve integrity issues including unauthorized access, data loss, or performance degradation

- Conduct network audits, vulnerability assessments, and protocol verification

- Collaborate with engineering, IT security, and operations teams to enforce network compliance and best practices

- Create and maintain documentation on network configurations, testing procedures, and integrity reports

- Support root cause analysis and recommend solutions for recurring integrity failures

- Evaluate and integrate tools for proactive integrity monitoring and alerts

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network security, or infrastructure integrity roles

- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with network analysis tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, NetFlow, etc.)

- Familiarity with firewall, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies

- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)

- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.) are a plus

- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, etc.)

- Experience in telecom, ISP, or large-scale enterprise networks

- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
