About the Role :

- We are looking for an experienced Network Integrity Expert to join our team in Bangalore.

- The ideal candidate will ensure the robustness, reliability, and security of our network infrastructure while driving high standards in network performance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor, maintain, and improve the integrity and reliability of enterprise network systems.

- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new network projects and upgrades.

- Participate in defining and implementing network standards, policies, and best practices.

- Analyze network issues, prepare reports, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong experience in network administration, security, and integrity management.

- Hands-on experience with network protocols, routing, switching, and firewalls.

- Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

- Ability to analyze complex network systems and implement solutions to maintain integrity.

- Familiarity with network compliance and security standards.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Added Advantages :

- Certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise network environments.
