Experience : 8 to 10 yrs.

- Responsible for planning & execution of new technology roll-outs, scope expansion, and readiness of team from a technology standpoint.

- Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, and KB articles.

- Implement technical methodology improvement from past failures and learnings.

- Analysing the business requirement, project scope, and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization's overall IT strategy and goals.

- Participating in solution design and execution.

- Collaborating with Customer IT teams to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organization's network & security requirements.

- Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.

- Continuously assessing, reviewing, and refining the Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies, and industry standards.

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of Overall Design solutions and architectures, and providing training to other IT staff as needed.

- Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.

- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.

- Participates with peers and executive management in defining the network strategy.

- Prepares and presents technical requirements and specifications.

- Work on the resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages.

Mandatory skills : Network and Security with Juniper, MIST, SRX.

- The candidate is preferred to have Juniper and MIST Certification, CCNP level certification.

Qualification / Skills required :

- Expert Level Subject matter expert or Thought leader with in-depth knowledge.

- Can lead, guide, and coach others on :

(1)-WAN/LAN/Security.

- Advanced Professional with high knowledge, significant ability, and hands-on experience.

- Can provide supervision to others on :

(1)-Juniper (EX, SRX, MIST).

(2)-Aruba (LAN and WLAN).

(3)-Cisco (WAN,LAN, WLAN & ISE).
