- Proficiency working in a Linux environment

- Solid understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, etc.

- Good understanding of network security concepts

- Knowledge of low-latency network optimization (preferred)

- Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible, etc.) is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain low-latency network infrastructure to support HFT operations

- Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for optimization

- Troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum throughput

- Configure and manage Cisco and Juniper switches, routers, and firewalls

- Work closely with trading, systems, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless network operations

- Implement and maintain routing protocols for efficient and stable connectivity

- Ensure network security through best practices, monitoring, and proactive threat mitigation

- Support capacity planning and network scalability initiatives

- Maintain documentation of network architecture, procedures, and configurations

- Participate in on-call rotations and provide L2/L3 support as required
