Job Summary :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Routing and Switching Network Engineer with 10-15 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing robust and scalable enterprise network infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN, BGP, VPN technologies, and Datacenter Networking, particularly Cisco ACI. You'll be responsible for ensuring the high performance, reliability, and security of our LAN/WAN environments and modern data centers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise network infrastructures across diverse LAN/WAN environments.

- Develop and execute network configurations for complex routing and switching protocols.

- Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.

- Implement and manage MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) networks for efficient traffic engineering and VPN services.

- Design and deploy DMVPN (Dynamic Multipoint VPN) solutions for secure and scalable site-to-site connectivity.

- Implement and manage various VPN technologies, including IPsec, GRE (Generic Routing Encapsulation), and SSL VPNs, ensuring secure remote access and branch connectivity.

- Design, implement, and support Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) solutions within datacenter environments.

- Possess a strong understanding of Data Center Networking concepts, including spine-leaf architecture and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) principles.

- Utilize and configure network monitoring, management, and automation tools to ensure proactive identification and resolution of network issues.

- Contribute to the development of automation scripts for network operations.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex network incidents efficiently.

- Optimize network performance, scalability, and security across the infrastructure.

- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, server, and application teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10-15 years of strong experience in Routing and Switching within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and DMVPN.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) in datacenter environments is essential.

- Strong knowledge of VPN technologies, including IPsec, GRE, and SSL VPNs.

- Familiarity with Data Center Networking concepts, spine-leaf architecture, and SDN.

- Experience with network monitoring, management, and automation tools.

- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or ACI Specialist are highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex network issues.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
