The Opportunity :

Were hiring for a leading High Frequency Trading (HFT) and Systematic Quantitative firm. This role offers the chance to design and optimise ultra-low latency networks that power global trading operations.

What Youll Do :

- Manage and maintain complex trading network infrastructure.

- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement advanced security.

- Drive latency measurement and optimisation.

- Collaborate with trading, dev, and tech teams; mentor juniors.

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors in Engineering / BSc IT / Computer Science.

- Cisco CCNP + firewall certifications (Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto).

- Strong knowledge of multicast networking, enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and low latency switches (Arista/Nexus).

- Skilled with monitoring tools (PRTG, Grafana), packet analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump), and scripting (Python/Bash).

- 5+ years of experience in trading networks (NSE/BSE/MCX & international exchanges).
