We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer - Fortinet & FortiSASE to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise-grade network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE, along with a solid understanding of modern network security architectures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, deploy, manage, and maintain Fortinet solutions including FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiClient, and FortiSASE

- Design and implement secure network, firewall, and SASE architectures, including security policies

- Monitor network and security performance; troubleshoot firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues

- Configure and manage VPNs (IPSec SSL) , SD-WAN, and cloud-delivered security services

- Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, configuration backups, and change management

- Analyze logs and security events using FortiAnalyzer and FortiSASE to detect and prevent threats

- Support incident response, investigation, and remediation activities

- Provide Tier 2 Tier 3 network and security support

- Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and security policies

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and organizational security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in network and security engineering with strong Fortinet focus

- Hands-on expertise in FortiOS, firewall policies, NAT, routing, VLANs, and HA

- Experience with FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiSASE

- Knowledge of FortiSASE components : SWG, ZTNA, cloud-delivered security

- Strong understanding of VPNs (IPSec, SSL) , SD-WAN, and endpoint security

- Solid networking fundamentals : TCP IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Fortinet NSE 4 or higher

- Scripting automation exposure (Python, Bash)

- Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments

Work Environment :

- Based in Kochi, with occasional travel to data centers or branch offices
