Job Title :

Network Engineer - L2 Level.

Experience : 3 to 5 Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner/30 days.

Job Type : Full-Time. Interview Process.

Mode : 2 Rounds-Face-to-Face (All rounds will be completed on the same day).

Technical Skills Required :

- Customer-specific designated support at network level to troubleshoot and resolve networking problems.

- Data Center Nexus Routing & Switching is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on skills in Cisco Nexus Technologies (vPC,vDC,STP,vRF, BGP,EIGRP,OSPF).

- Good knowledge on Cisco ACI Technologies (Tenants, EPGs, BDs, vRFs).

- Experience in product lines like Nexus 9000 switches.

- Comfortable using tools like Solarwind, Cisco DCNM (desired).

- Ability to handle data center ACI complex troubleshooting (added advantage).

- Good understanding in overall data center infrastructure (LAN,WAN,Server,Firewall).

- Dedicatedly monitor and review the network.

- Effectively work with multi-functional teams to resolve major customer issues.

- Ability to grasp network design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.

- Effectively craft and validate planned changes to software and hardware design.

- Deliver high level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for

strategic customers.

- Respond to network management system alarms according to established processes.

- Flexibility in working hours to work in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Network Troubleshooting & Support :

- Provide customer-specific designated support at the network level to diagnose and resolve complex networking problems.

- Dedicatedly monitor and review network performance and health.

- Respond to network management system alarms according to established processes.

- Deliver high-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for strategic customers.

Data Center Networking Expertise :

- Possess strong hands-on skills in Cisco Nexus Technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting of vPC, vDC, STP, vRF, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.

- Demonstrate good knowledge of Cisco ACI Technologies, specifically Tenants, EPGs, BDs, and vRFs.

- Experience working with product lines like Nexus 9000 switches.

- Ability to handle data center ACI complex troubleshooting (added advantage).

Infrastructure Understanding :

- Maintain a good understanding of overall data center infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Server, Firewall).

Operations & Collaboration :

- Effectively work with cross-functional teams to resolve major customer issues.

- Effectively plan and validate planned changes to software and hardware designs.

- Comfortable using network monitoring tools like Solarwinds (Cisco DCNM is desired).

Problem Solving & Design :

- Ability to grasp network design concepts quickly and provide appropriate solutions to clients.

Shift Flexibility :

- Be flexible in working hours to support a 24x7 environment.
