Network Engineer - CCTV System

Role : Network Engineer

US Shift . 100% Remote

6+ Years of Experience is required.

What Youll Do :

- Lead technical deployment, platform across CCTV/cloud environments in USA, LATAM, and Europe.

- Integrate and configure video streams (RTSP/ONVIF), network components, and cloud services.

- Troubleshoot complex networking, hardware, and cloud issues to ensure high system uptime.

- Prepare architecture diagrams, deployment plans, runbooks, and technical documentation.

- Conduct remote and onsite training for operators, system integrators, and government teams.

- Handle escalations, coordinate with engineering, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.

- Support ethical AI and privacy compliance requirements for regulated environments.

- Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers and teams across regions.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong technical background in networks, CCTV systems, and cloud environments.

- Experience deploying or supporting large-scale video, security, or AI systems.

- Familiarity with firewalls, NAT, VLANs, QoS, bandwidth planning, and video streaming.

- Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials.

- Excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish + English preferred.

- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent knowledge are a strong plus.

- Willingness to work with global customers, occasionally travel, and support cross-time zones
