Description : Seeking an experienced Network Engineer to be part of our Global Network and End User Services Center of Excellence located in India / Hyderabad. This role involves providing standardized network services to all of entities. The senior network engineer will be responsible for technically managing our global network including the SDWAN, the Secured Internet Access, Wifi services, DNS and the VPN, ensuring 24/7 support and being a member of the weekly on-call rota. The scope of this role encompasses all European organizations within and is part of a global tower called the Global Network and End User Services Center of Excellence. The candidate must have Minimum of 3 years of experience in network management. Experience in managing large networks is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Global Network Operations : Operate our global network (SDWAN, Secured Internet Access, Wifi Services, DNS and VPN). Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of these environments.

- 24/7 Support and On-Call : Participate in the weekly on-call rota for out of hours support

- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate proficiency in network based technical solutions

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across different European organizations to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud and datacenter operations.

- Compliance and Security : Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and security standards, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of company data.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :

- Proficiency in network technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Juniper)

- Proficiency in switching and routing protocols

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and datacenter technologies desirable

- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM (Servicenow)

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field. A Master's degree and technical certifications (Cisco, Fortigate) are a plus.
