Responsibilities :

Design & Implementation :

- Support design, configuration, and deployment of global network solutions across datacenters, offices, and cloud platforms (Azure).

- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN devices, and wireless networks across Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki platforms.

- Contribute to Parexels SD-WAN and network segmentation strategies, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and performance.

- Participate in office buildouts and relocations, ensuring end-to-end network readiness and alignment with global standards.

Operations & Troubleshooting :

- Maintain uptime and performance across Parexels global WAN, LAN, and VPN environments.

- Provide escalation support for complex incidents, coordinating with Network Operations and regional site support teams.

- Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, Panorama, and Meraki Dashboard to proactively identify and remediate issues.

- Review and validate network changes through established CAB and change management processes.

Security & Compliance :

- Work with the CISO organization to enforce network security posture across all segments, including firewall policies, VPN configurations, and zero-trust principles.

- Support continuous improvement of network access control, segmentation, and monitoring in partnership with Security Operations.

- Ensure network configurations align with compliance and audit requirements (e.g., GxP, ISO 27001).

Collaboration & Projects :

- Partner with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security towers to enable seamless integration between datacenter, cloud, and application environments.

- Support projects tied to datacenter footprint reduction, cloud repatriation, and disaster recovery connectivity.

- Provide technical input during vendor assessments, RFPs, and cost-optimization initiatives.

- Participate in on-call rotation and global escalation coverage as required.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise networks in a global environment.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing/switching, Palo Alto firewalls, and Meraki wireless infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols.

- Experience supporting SD-WAN (preferably AT&T) and VPN platforms.

- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs, QoS, and IP addressing standards.
