Job Title : Senior Network Developer

Location : Hyderabad, India

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience Required : 6 to 9 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop software components and solutions for network automation and orchestration.

- Build APIs and integration tools to interface with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, SDN controllers, etc.

- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient network applications using Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies.

- Automate network provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Netmiko, RESTCONF, or gRPC.

- Collaborate with network operations teams to convert infrastructure requirements into working code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving application-to-network integration.

- Optimize network automation workflows and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.

- Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and version control best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++ with a focus on network-centric applications.

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and other core networking concepts.

- Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks : Ansible, Netmiko, NAPALM, gRPC, RESTCONF/NETCONF.

- Good knowledge of Linux networking, shell scripting, and packet capture tools like Wireshark.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and continuous integration pipelines.

- Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate with network infrastructure components.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Networking, or GCP Cloud Router).

- Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) platforms like Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, OpenDaylight.

- Familiarity with containers and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- Preferred certifications : DevNet Professional, CCNP, JNCIP, AWS Advanced Networking, etc.
