- Troubleshoot complex network problems and work with other IT teams to resolve them.

- Mastered in trouble shooting windows OS issues, handled escalated L3 issues in end user computing.

- Designing an Active Directory and network infrastructure, Forest and Domain Infrastructure.

- Implementing Group Policy, Managing and Monitoring DHCP, DNS.

- Powershell 2.0/3.0 scripting skills

- Manage and resolve escalated incidents and service requests from L1 and L2 support teams.

Network & Server Administration :

- Monitor network performance and security, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

- Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including upgrades and patches.

- Participated in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, code deployments, and patch management.

- Responsible to maintain all windows servers like 2012, 2016 and 2019.

- Installing and managing active directory and FSMO roles transfer in AD Forest.

- Troubleshooting replication issue in active directory.

- Setting up permission, delegating permission, routing groups and routing groups connectors.

- Provide support to application teams on IIS configuration.

- Server Hardware troubleshooting for physical servers like HP, Dell and IBM.

- Performance optimization, regular health checks on servers and systematic troubleshooting of problems.

- Conduct regular network performance tests and analysis.

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).

- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (Cisco, etc.).

- Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.

- Support and maintain data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.

- Ensure high availability and redundancy of critical infrastructure components.

- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of new network and Server infrastructure projects.

- Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure-related projects.

- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Prepare and maintained documentation of technologies, standards and procedure.

- Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and changes.

- Create and update technical support documentation for L1 and L2 teams.
