Network & Security Cloud Engineer - AWS/Azure/GCP

Experience Required : 8 to 15 years.

Location : 100% Remote (looking for candidates only based out of Bangalore or Hyderabad).

Type : Full-Time. Shift : UK Shift (2pm 11pm IST).

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in cloud migrations and secure infrastructure design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting, implementing, and maintaining resilient and compliant cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy secure, scalable, and high-performance network architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

- Lead and execute cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition of workloads, minimal downtime, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

- Configure and manage virtual networks, subnets, VPNs, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and security groups.

- Implement and monitor network security measures including IDS/IPS, encryption, key management, and zero-trust principles.

- Develop and enforce IAM policies, role-based access controls, and security baselines aligned with organizational standards.

- Perform vulnerability assessments, threat analysis, and remediation to maintain strong security posture.

- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) to automate deployments and configuration management.

- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence.

- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, security frameworks, and industry best practices.

Key Skills :

- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, routing, DNS, VPN, peering).

- Expertise in network security tools and concepts - firewalls, WAFs, IDS/IPS, zero-trust, and encryption protocols.

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools : Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.

- Experience with cloud-native security services : AWS GuardDuty, Azure Security Center, GCP Security Command Center.

- Deep understanding of IAM, RBAC, and key management across multiple clouds.

- Familiarity with network performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, NetFlow, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).

- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.

- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD integration for security validation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications Required :

- AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or Azure Network Engineer Associate.

- CCNP Security or Fortinet NSE4+ preferred.

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CompTIA Security+ (advantageous).

- Terraform Associate (HashiCorp) or equivalent IaC certification..

- Cloud Provider Certifications - AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
