We are seeking a hands-on Network & Security Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure & Security team. The role is responsible for managing and securing the enterprise network environment, ensuring high availability, robust security, and compliance for critical business applications.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, capable of independently handling complex network security environments while coordinating effectively with teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and upgrade network security infrastructure, including Firewalls, UTM, IPS, and Proxy servers.

- Lead procurement and vendor management for network/security solutions, from design to PO closure.

- Define and enforce network security policies, SOPs, and RARTPs.

- Conduct capacity planning, change management, and vulnerability/penetration testing remediation.

- Maintain firewall rule base, IPS signatures, and access profiles for compliance.

- Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to security standards.

- Provide technical guidance and training on network security awareness.

- Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and timely escalation of security incidents.

- Cisco Firewalls / Checkpoint Security Devices

- McAfee IPS / Proxy Server (Linux-based)

- Vendor & Project Management

Education & Certification :

- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Preferred Certifications : CCNA Security, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent network/security certifications

Candidate Profile :

- 6-8 years of experience in network security administration

- Hands-on experience with Cisco Firewalls and Checkpoint devices

- Experience managing complex network environments, audits, and security incidents

- Strong vendor and project management skills

- Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and handle critical security operations"
