Job Title : Network Analyst (LAN / WAN / WLAN).
Location : Gurgaon.
Experience : 2-5 Years.
Work Schedule : Rotational 24x7 On-Call Support.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
This role involves network analysis, implementation, monitoring, and operational support across a global environment.
The ideal candidate will have solid networking fundamentals, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
Network Operations & Support :
- Respond to and resolve internal client IP network trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide Level II technical support in collaboration with System Administrators and User Support teams.
- Monitor corporate network infrastructure using internal and external monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair network and telecommunications equipment or coordinate vendor support when required.
Network Implementation & Projects :
- Assist with major network projects, upgrades, and installations.
- Support planning, implementation, and changes related to network hardware, software, and cabling infrastructure.
- Provide network operations input during infrastructure enhancements and technology rollouts.
Documentation & Reporting :
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation, procedures, and diagrams.
- Track project progress and provide management reporting as required.
Collaboration & Vendor Management :
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and key users.
- Act as an IT liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technology vendors to support business requirements and resolve issues.
On-Call Support :
- Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call schedule to support critical network operations.
Required Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a Network Analyst or Network Support role.
- Working knowledge of VoIP fundamentals and protocols.
Technical Skills :
- Intermediate understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and practices.
- Experience supporting routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and communication equipment.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
