Seeking a skilled, dedicated and proactive Network Engineer with strong interpersonal and Technical skills to operate a large-scale LAN/WAN network and cloud infrastructure deployed globally.
Responsibilities :
- Support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices.
- Platforms includes routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers etc.
- Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints.
- Assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for administration and security best practices; Provide network documentation; Monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions; Work in an agile environment.
Mandatory skills :
- Cisco ACI.
- F5/Citrix Netscaler.
- Core Data center hands-on exp.
Requirement :
- 8+ Years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, wireless access points and controllers.
- Deep knowledge of the SDN space, specifically within WAN, Branch, Data Center and Orchestration.
- Proven experience in Wireless technologies and security practices.
- Knowledgeable in application transport and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, and Microsoft AD), and possess an understanding of how to support these applications/ protocols when accessed through VPN and firewall appliances.
- Good knowledge on AWS and Google Cloud Networking.
- Good knowledge in Python/Ansible scripting.
- Must have design implementation and operational experience with; Enterprise routers and switches (Cisco router and Cisco Nexus preferred).
- Hands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, DMVPN, SSL VPN, WebVPN, AnyConnect, etc.
- Experience in BGP, OSPF, and MPLS (traffic engineering implementation) and Wireless technologies.
- Extensive experience in Load Balancers and operational experience across multiple vendors; mandatory Citrix NetScaler and F5 LTM.
- Experience in network tools such as CA Spectrum, Cisco Works, SNMP and Netflow.
- Understanding and implementation of network traffic analysis, remote access methods and systems, stateful inspection firewalls, encryption, authentication and authorization technology.
- Able to handle multiple, complex, short term projects and incidents simultaneously.
- Comfortable documenting and explaining network topologies and Diagram explain and plan for future upgrades.
- Strong oral, written, communications, and presentation skills.
