An established financial services organization is looking for an experienced Network Administrator to join its IT team. This role is critical for managing and securing data centers, WAN/LAN infrastructure, and supporting mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in networking, security, and Cisco technologies, along with strong vendor management and project execution skills.

Qualification : BE / B.Tech (mandatory)

Certifications (preferred) : CCNA, CCNP (Routing & Switching, Security)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure 100% uptime of WAN/LAN and data center infrastructure.

- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, SDWAN, and security devices.

- Administer firewalls, proxy, DNS, VPN technologies (S2S, AnyConnect).

- Define and enforce network & security policies, change management, VA/PT closure.

- Support BCP drills and compliance with internal/external audits.

- Lead capacity planning, procurement, RFP preparation, vendor management, and OEM discussions.

- Proactively monitor performance, resolve incidents, and optimize network and security infrastructure.

- Train employees on security awareness and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Strong understanding of routing, switching, SDWAN, and network security protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP).

- Hands-on expertise with Cisco ISR routers, CAT/Nexus switches, Cisco NextGen firewalls, Cisco proxy.

- Vendor & project management skills.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and on critical issues.
