Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Solution Architect with 1215 years of experience in IT infrastructure and complex hybrid cloud ecosystems. This is a critical Customer Facing role requiring deep technical proficiency in one or more areas Operating Systems, Storage Solutions, Cloud Networking, or Solutioning combined with a strategic understanding of integrating on-premises systems with major public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). The Architect will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, governance, and deployment of secure, scalable, and cost-effective hybrid/Mixed/AI workloads.

Job Description :

Hybrid Architecture Design and Modernization :

- Design and implement robust hybrid cloud architectures that seamlessly integrate existing on-premises systems with public/Off-Prem cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and industry solutions.

- Lead the modernization of legacy infrastructure by designing solutions utilizing advanced virtualization techniques (VMware/Hyper-V), containers (Kubernetes), and extensive automation and AI tools.

- Provide expert technical leadership in the planning, design, and execution of large-scale cloud migration strategies.

- Conduct comprehensive Cost modelling and create meticulous High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for all hybrid solutions.

- Develop Industry Vertical Solution Blueprints and corresponding detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for repeatable enterprise deployments.

Security, Governance, and Automation :

- Ensure strict compliance, security, governance, and data sovereignty across complex hybrid environments, referencing frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, and ITIL.

- Champion and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and DevOps practices for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in scripting and automation tools, specifically Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash.

- Integrate infrastructure automation with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps to maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.

Domain Expertise (Minimum One Area) :

- Operating Systems & Virtualization: Expertise in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Storage Solutions: Proficiency in logical SAN/NAS configurations, Enterprise NAS environments, Parallel File System implementation, designing robust backup/Archival/ disaster recovery solutions, Object Stores, and Computational Storage strategies.

- Network & Security: Deep knowledge of Firewall, Web Application Firewall, SD-WAN, and advanced cloud networking services, including logical switch and router configuration.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive end-to-end architecture and deployment.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to align architecture with business goals and technical constraints.

- Create and maintain essential architecture documentation, technical standards, reusable templates, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Experience: Mandatory 1215 years in IT infrastructure/hybrid cloud roles.

- Domain: Strong hands-on experience and deep technical proficiency in at least one domain: Operating Systems, Storage Solutions, Network & Security, or Solutioning.

- Cloud Platforms: Strategic understanding of major public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Automation: Proficiency in scripting and automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash).

- Containers: Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Governance: Understanding of compliance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, ITIL).

Preferred Certifications :

- Cloud/Hybrid Cloud: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/801), AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.

- Domain-Specific: VMware VCAP Data Center Virtualization, NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Cisco CCNP/CCIE Enterprise.

- Supporting: TOGAF 9/10, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, ITIL v4 Foundation.
