Job Title : NetSuite Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of NetSuite ERP customizations and integrations.

- Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite developers, consultants, and administrators.

- Develop complex SuiteScript solutions, including:

- User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Suitelets, Map/Reduce Scripts, RESTLets

- Build and manage RESTLet-based APIs and use NetSuite SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP) web services for integrations.

- Implement secure bank integrations using:

- H2H protocols (e.g., SFTP, AS2)

- API-based methods (OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, webhooks)

- Support finance and treasury operations with:

- Automated bank statement imports

- Payment file generation and reconciliation

- Working with file formats such as NACHA, MT940, ISO 20022, BAI2

- Enable straight-through processing for payments and collections.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot advanced issues while ensuring script governance compliance.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and establish CI/CD pipelines.

- Coordinate with external vendors and iPaaS platforms like Celigo, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft for hybrid integrations.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

- 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x.

- 7+ full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations as a technical lead or manager.

- 6+ years of experience in banking integrations including:

- H2H secure file transfers (SFTP, AS2)

- REST/SOAP API integrations with banks

- Payments, reconciliation, and compliance workflows

- Strong knowledge of NetSuite core modules:

- Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Bank Feeds, General Ledger

- Expertise in RESTLet development and SuiteTalk integrations.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- NetSuite Certifications: SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer I, ERP Consultant

- Experience with global banking systems like SWIFT, Kyriba, or Fides

- Familiarity with iPaaS tools: Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft

- Experience with development tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, API security, encryption

Bonus: 2+ years of experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET) for legacy integration support.
