We are seeking an experienced OpenAir Business Analyst to support delivery operations by driving the effective use of NetSuite OpenAir across projects and service teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deep functional expertise in OpenAir modules, and proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable OpenAir solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to project management, time & expense tracking, resource planning, and financial workflows in NetSuite OpenAir.

- Configure and manage OpenAir modules, including custom fields, forms, dashboards, and reports to align with operational requirements.

- Provide day-to-day OpenAir administration, including user access management, data governance, integrations monitoring, and issue resolution.

- Perform impact analysis, create process flows, and recommend system or process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Coordinate system testing, UAT cycles, deployment activities, and release management.

- Deliver end-user training, support, and documentation to ensure consistent adoption and compliance.

- Collaborate closely with Finance, PMO, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate project setup, billing, forecasting, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite OpenAir

- Deep understanding of PSA processes (Projects, Resources, Time & Expense, Billing, Reporting)

- Proven experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management

- Hands-on exposure to OpenAir configuration, reporting, and dashboards

- Experience coordinating UAT, system testing, and production releases

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

Preferred Skills :

- Experience integrating NetSuite OpenAir with NetSuite ERP or other enterprise systems

- Exposure to Finance, PMO, or Professional Services environments

- Prior experience supporting global or distributed teams
