The role focuses on enhancing and maintaining NetSuite-based solutions related to warehouse operations, billing, inventory management, and sales commission logic.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite in B2B distribution companies, supporting complex sales structures and large sales teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide ongoing development, support, and enhancement of Oracle NetSuite applications.

- Design and implement custom business logic for unique commission structures and volume-based discounting models.

- Support and optimize NetSuite modules related to warehouse management, inventory, and billing.

- Customize workflows, scripts, and configurations to support complex B2B distribution processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

- Ensure data integrity and system performance across sales, finance, and warehouse operations.

- Support reporting and analytics requirements related to sales performance and commissions.

- Document customizations, processes, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle NetSuite.

- Strong experience supporting B2B distribution companies.

- Proven experience working with large sales organizations and complex commission structures.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization, including SuiteScript, workflows, and saved searches.

- Solid understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and billing processes within NetSuite.

- Experience implementing volume discounts and pricing logic.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication skills for working with offshore teams and business stakeholders.
