Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer having 0 - 2 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Advocate for the end-user in all design and development processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus
