We are looking for a strategic, results-driven AI/ML Manager to drive the design and deployment of end-to-end AI\GenAI solutions. This techno-functional role requires a candidate who can balance deep technical expertise in AI, ML & GenAI with a sharp understanding of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of solutions integrating AI/GenAI, ML, Data Science Models, and Automation.

- Technical Execution: Drive the creation of NLP solutions, Image modeling (Computer Vision), and Generative AI Applications.

- Generative AI & Innovation: Develop and oversee Generative AI and LLM initiatives, emphasizing cross-platform integrations and successful Proof of Concepts (POCs).

- Team Leadership: Manage project planning, team dynamics, recruitment processes, and the mentorship of junior AI engineers.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with broader business goals.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee model deployments, drive process improvements, and implement optimizations for project efficiency.

Required Technical Skills :

- ML & AI: Deep expertise in Predictive Modeling (RNN, CNN), NLP, Computer Vision, and Analytical Chatbot development.

- GenAI: Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.

- Application Development: Ability to build and deploy REST APIs and Web Apps using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience with AWS services.

- Data Management: Strong SQL skills including MySQL, MongoDB, and Databricks SQL.

- Big Data Engineering (Good to have): Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Experience: Approximately 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from end to end.
