About The Role :

We are looking to expand our DevOps team responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the 24x7 availability of Netradynes services. This role involves scripting for infrastructure setup, implementing monitoring and alerting mechanisms, and ensuring quick resolution of production issues across multiple environments. The team plays a key role in maintaining system reliability and providing timely responses to customer-reported incidents.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scripts for infrastructure setup and automation.

- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure service uptime.

- Troubleshoot and triage production issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless build and deployment processes.

- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements :

- Education : Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed university.

- Experience : 4 - 7 years of total industry experience.

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Python, Ruby, Perl, or an equivalent scripting language.

- Infrastructure as Code : Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) and provisioning tools (e.g., Terraform).

- Cloud Platforms : Strong experience working with AWS and related services.

- DevOps Practices : Proven experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Production Management : Experience managing multiple live SaaS applications with high

volume, low latency, and 24x7 availability.

- Server & Database Management : Experience configuring and managing web servers (e.g.,

Apache), application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebSphere), and databases (both RDBMS and

NoSQL).

- System Administration : Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and administration tools.

- Security & Networking : Good understanding of security best practices, tools (Firewalls, VPNs), and networking concepts.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and

effectively.
