Role Overview :

Netenrich is looking for a highly skilled Presales Specialist with strong experience in cloud security toolingespecially Wiz, CSPM, CIEM, and CNAPP platforms.

This role serves as the technical expert in customer engagements, translating business requirements into solution architectures and supporting the sales team with deep technical credibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Pre-Sales :

- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand cloud security posture, challenges, and desired outcomes.

- Design and present cloud security architectures leveraging Wiz, CSPM, CIEM, threat detection, and risk management tooling.

- Deliver high-impact demos, POVs (Proof-of-Value), and solution workshops.

- Develop solution proposals, architectures, and ROI models.

Customer Engagement :

- Act as the primary technical contact during the pre-sales cycle.

- Address customer objections and provide strategic recommendations aligned with Netenrich offerings.

- Build strong trust with Cloud, Security, DevOps, and Compliance teams.

Implementation & Advisory Support :

- Support initial deployment planning, onboarding, and best practices for tools like Wiz and other CSPM/CNAPP platforms.

- Provide guidance on cloud security posture improvement and remediation workflows.

Collaboration :

- Partner with Sales Executives to strategize account plans and win themes.

- Work with Product and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in cloud security, solutions engineering, or architecture roles.

- Direct experience with Wiz, CSPM, CIEM, CWPP, or CNAPP platforms.

- Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP architectures, IAM, network security, container security, and cloud governance.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, GCP Architect).

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA.

- Experience in fast-paced SaaS or enterprise cybersecurity environments.

- Ability to create architecture diagrams, POV plans, and security assessments.
