Key Responsibilities :

- SAN Administration & Management : Administer, configure, and maintain Storage Area Network (SAN) environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

- NetApp SAN Expertise : Demonstrate strong proficiency in NetApp SAN administration, including provisioning, zoning, LUN management, replication, and performance tuning.

- Multi-Vendor Storage Management : Possess hands-on experience and proficiency in administering at least two different storage technologies from vendors such as NetApp, IBM, HP, or Hitachi.

- L2 Support & Troubleshooting : Provide L2 level hands-on support for SAN-related issues, including proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

- Capacity Planning & Optimization : Perform SAN capacity planning, forecasting, and optimization to ensure adequate storage resources and efficient utilization.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor SAN performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance storage efficiency and responsiveness.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation of SAN configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports on storage utilization and performance.

- Collaboration : Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., server, network, database) to ensure seamless integration and support for applications.

- Best Practices : Adhere to ITIL process framework and other industry best practices for storage management and operations.

Must-Have Skills :

- NetApp SAN Administration : Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in NetApp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.

- Multi-Technology Expertise : Proven hands-on experience with L2 level support in at least two storage technologies (NetApp, IBM, HP, Hitachi).

- Relevant Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience with L2 hands-on SAN administration.

- Core SAN Concepts : Strong understanding of storage area network concepts, topologies, and protocols (e.g., Fibre Channel, iSCSI, FCoE).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- HPE SAN Administration : Experience with HPE SAN Administration.

- NetApp Solutions Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of NetApp storage solutions, including ONTAP, SnapMirror, SnapVault, and other NetApp features and configurations.

- Troubleshooting : Proven experience in troubleshooting complex SAN-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and data access problems.

- Capacity Planning : Ability to perform SAN capacity planning and optimization based on growth trends and performance requirements.

Qualifications :

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Information :

- This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in NetApp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.

- This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at our Noida office, requiring 5 days of in-office presence.
