- Expertise in one insurance process : Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance or Claims.
- Practical experience with SQL, JSON and API integration.
- Exposure to Java, micro-services and web services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements :
- Lead requirement gathering and solution design.
- Define and document the customer journey.
- Coordinate project planning and delivery with development teams.
- Participate in sprint planning with Product Managers.
- Drive business priorities alignment with development efforts
