- Incident and Request Management : Ability to manage incidents and requests through to resolution.
- Process Definition : Experience defining support processes, workflows, and playbooks.

Technology Stack :
Azure Entra ID PIM (Privileged Identity Management) Power BI Cloud Monitoring and Security Management : Using Azure Sentinel and Log Analytics. Endpoint Application Management : Using Intune.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding and experience with Azure Entra ID and PIM.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Azure Sentinel, Log Analytics, and Intune.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents and requests.
- Experience in defining and implementing support processes and workflows
