Role Overview :

As a .NET Technical Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and technical mentor for our core engineering team, driving the development of high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. You will work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By championing clean code practices and modern architectural patterns, you will directly influence the reliability and scalability of our platforms, ensuring that we deliver seamless experiences to our global user base while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable Web API solutions to ensure high availability and performance for our end users.

- Architect and maintain microservices-based systems to improve modularity and accelerate the deployment cycles of our product features.

- Mentor junior developers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and professional growth.

- Optimize database performance by implementing advanced query tuning and efficient data access strategies to reduce latency for high-traffic applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that our software architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and scalability needs.

- Enforce strict adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns to minimize technical debt and simplify future system maintenance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in building enterprise-grade applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API, with a deep understanding of OOP principles and their practical application in large-scale systems.

- Exhibit hands-on expertise in designing microservices architectures and implementing API versioning strategies to support evolving product requirements.

- Possess a strong command of data modeling, including both Code-first and Database-first approaches, alongside a proven ability to perform complex query optimization.

- Apply Domain-driven design (DDD) basics and the Repository Pattern to structure complex business logic in a clean, testable, and maintainable manner.

- Manage application environments effectively through robust configuration management practices to ensure consistency across development, staging, and production.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment.

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 7 - 12 years of progressive experience in the .NET ecosystem.

- Show a high degree of adaptability in fast-paced environments, with the ability to pivot between high-level architectural planning and hands-on troubleshooting.
