Role Overview:

As a .NET Lead - AWS, you will serve as the technical anchor for high-impact cloud initiatives, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable software architecture. You will lead a high-performing engineering team to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications, ensuring that our .NET Core solutions are fully optimized for the AWS ecosystem. Beyond hands-on development, you will act as a mentor and technical advisor, collaborating with stakeholders to drive architectural decisions that enhance system reliability, security, and performance for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of scalable microservices using .NET Core to ensure high availability and performance for mission-critical applications.

- Lead the migration and integration of legacy .NET applications into AWS cloud environments to improve infrastructure agility and reduce operational overhead.

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows, ensuring faster time-to-market and consistent release quality.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and setting technical standards to foster a culture of engineering excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between software delivery and organizational goals.

- Optimize database performance and data access layers using SQL Server and Entity Framework to handle high-concurrency workloads effectively.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core with a deep understanding of RESTful Webservices.

- Proven ability to architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, including hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server database design, query optimization, and the implementation of Entity Framework for efficient data persistence.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities with 8 - 12 years of experience in managing technical teams, resolving conflicts, and driving project delivery in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.

- A solid foundation in software engineering principles, including design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture.
