We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with 8+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, AWS Cloud Services, and modern software architecture.

Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot is mandatory to enhance development efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core.

- Architect and develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS Cloud Services.

- Implement and manage Saga Pattern for distributed transactions in microservices-based architectures.

- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence across the team.

- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and/or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, and development workflows.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core.

- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Proven expertise with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, or similar services).

- Hands-on experience with Claude and/or GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted software development (Mandatory).

- Strong understanding and practical implementation of the Saga Pattern for distributed transactions.

- Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
