.Net Full Stack Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable applications using Azure or AWS, leveraging cloud services to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical specifications.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and delivering high-quality code.

- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other business teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver functional solutions.

- Drive improvements in development processes, toolsets, and technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

- Build both back-end (C#, .NET Core, SQL) and front-end (React.js, HTML, CSS) components, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by designing solutions that handle high traffic and large data volumes.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of the teams technical skills.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in full-stack .NET development.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, React.js, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, and TypeScript.

- Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), including the implementation of cloud services and deployment.

- Expertise in building scalable applications using .NET Core, React.js, SQL Server, and Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS).

- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, including containerization (Docker), serverless computing, and microservices.

- Experience with PowerSync and MVC architecture.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.

- Proven experience leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality deliverables.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with both business stakeholders and development teams.

- Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions
