Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, databases, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to architecture, system design, and development, while also mentoring team members and leading Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Work on frontend development using Angular and/or Flutter (hands-on).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions, system design, and implementation of new features and enhancements.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system performance.

Database & Performance :

- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases, complex queries, and stored procedures.

- Ensure efficient data retrieval, integrity, and performance.

APIs & Microservices :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices to enable scalable and modular applications.

- Ensure APIs are secure, well-documented, and follow industry best practices.

Azure & Cloud Technologies :

- Build, deploy, and manage applications using Microsoft Azure services.

- Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Agile & Leadership :

- Lead and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and code reviews to development team members.

- Enforce best practices and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.

Strong proficiency in :

- .NET Core / ASP.NET

- C#

- SQL / NoSQL databases

- Working knowledge of Java is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or Flutter is an added advantage.

- Experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role is preferred.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Experience with cloud-native architectures
