We are hiring a .NET Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, Angular (8+), and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate should have 711 years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications. This is a hybrid role requiring strong hands-on development skills, team collaboration, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and Angular.

- Lead full-stack development efforts including UI/UX, middleware, and backend services.

- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud-based solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

- Drive technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills :

- .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and VB.NET.

- Angular 8+ with strong front-end development experience.

- AWS Cloud Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).

- Strong understanding of API development, object-oriented design, and software architecture.

- Experience in SQL Server, REST APIs, and web application security.

- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
