Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Dot Net Developer to spearhead the architecture and development of high-scale enterprise applications.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software solutions, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust, scalable code.

By driving technical excellence and mentoring junior engineers, you will directly influence our platform's performance, ensuring we deliver seamless, high-impact digital experiences to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable RESTful APIs using .Net Core to ensure high-performance data exchange across distributed systems.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas and stored procedures in MS SQL Server to support high-concurrency business operations.

- Develop responsive, user-centric interfaces using React.js to enhance customer engagement and platform usability.

- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions to maintain high engineering standards and promote best practices across the development team.

- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to refine technical requirements, ensuring that software deliverables align with long-term business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring the reliability of mission-critical applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using .Net Core and C#, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and dependency injection.

- Proven ability to design and manage complex relational databases in MS SQL, including performance tuning and query optimization.

- Strong proficiency in modern frontend development with React.js, including state management and component-based architecture.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team efforts.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a remote or distributed team environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy and self-motivation.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in full-stack software development.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Anywhere-in-India work model, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project requirements and agile methodologies.
