Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and RESTful Web APIs.

- Build user-facing interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI libraries.

- Integrate front-end applications with APIs and backend systems seamlessly.

- Cloud Engineering (AWS)

- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS using services such as :

a. Lambda

b. API Gateway

e. RDS

f. DynamoDB

g. CloudWatch

h. ECS/EKS (nice to have)

- Ensure cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Banking Domain Expertise :

- Work on modules related to lending, transaction processing, loan origination, risk scoring, customer onboarding, and related banking workflows.

- Apply compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to banking applications.

- Ensure application security, data confidentiality, and audit readiness.

Architecture & Design :

- Participate in system architecture design, technology evaluation, and solutioning.

- Create high-level and low-level technical designs, sequence diagrams, and data models.

- Apply microservices, event-driven patterns, and clean architecture principles.

Collaboration & Process :

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality increments.

- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical brainstorming sessions.

- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for CI/CD, automation, and release management.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- .NET Core / C# strong programming and troubleshooting skills

- Web API (RESTful Services) expert-level experience

- ReactJS / Redux front-end development proficiency

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)

- Experience with microservices and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)

Domain Skills :

- Experience in banking or financial services, ideally in lending or loan management systems

- Understanding of security standards :

- OAuth2

- JWT

- Encryption standards

- APRA / PCI guidelines (good to have)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Australian Bank or other Australian banking platforms

- Experience with cloud-native architecture

- Knowledge of message brokers (SNS, SQS, Kafka)

- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization

- Certification in AWS (Associate/Professional level)
