Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Developer Team Lead to spearhead our product engineering initiatives and drive technical excellence across our distributed teams.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable software solutions, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from system design to final deployment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, product managers, and global clients to ensure our architecture remains robust, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.

By fostering a culture of high performance and technical rigor, you will directly influence the quality of our product offerings and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design high-performance, scalable enterprise applications using the .NET ecosystem to ensure our products meet evolving market demands.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship.

- Drive the adoption of automated testing and QA leadership practices to minimize technical debt and accelerate release cycles.

- Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring that milestones are met through effective resource allocation and proactive risk management.

- Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies to promote transparency, continuous improvement, and efficient sprint execution across the engineering department.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business needs into concrete technical specifications and actionable development roadmaps.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex systems using C# and the broader .NET framework, with a proven track record of acting as a Technical Architect for large-scale projects.

- Extensive experience in managing the full software development lifecycle, including the integration of robust test automation frameworks to enhance product reliability.

- Strong proficiency in IT project management methodologies, with the ability to lead distributed teams effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- A strategic mindset focused on product engineering, with the ability to balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term architectural integrity.

- A minimum of 8 - 20 years of professional experience in software development and team leadership, preferably within a fast-paced product-based organization.
