Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise communication solutions involving document composition, transformation, and customer communication workflows.

The role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain new and existing software applications

- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Review technical specifications based on business requirements

- Create technical designs and drive project execution through assigned teams

- Ensure coding standards and quality practices through peer code reviews

- Collaborate with solution architects, business teams, QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams

- Mentor and guide team members and support their technical growth

- Manage multiple projects and parallel workstreams efficiently

- Adapt to new technologies and organizational toolsets as required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience

- 6-8 years of experience in .NET technologies

- Strong expertise in :

1. C#

2. ASP.NET

3. .NET Framework / .NET Core

4. Web Services and APIs

- Experience with SQL programming, complex queries, stored procedures, debugging, and performance tuning

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design

- Experience working in Agile Software Development methodologies

- Hands-on experience in CCM systems involving :

1. Document re-engineering

2. Document transformation

3. Document composition

- Experience handling onshore/offshore stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery with high quality

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Database

- Knowledge of Perl scripting

- Linux Shell scripting experience

- Prior experience with Solimar and Racami tools

- Understanding of Print & Mail business processes
