Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture from design and implementation through production deployment and ongoing evolution.

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance designs (trade-offs, risks, and estimates clearly articulated).

- Lead technical discoveries and solve complex engineering problems across services, data, and integrations.

- Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, coding guidelines, and engineering guardrails (reviews, checklists).

- Ensure systems meet quality attributes : scalability, resilience, maintainability, performance, and security.

- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (cloud-native, DevSecOps, automation, observability) and continuous improvement.

- Mentor engineers, setting clear technical direction, raising the bar on design/code quality, and enabling career growth.

- Coordinate with Product, DevOps/SRE, QA, and Security to plan and execute delivery (milestones, dependencies, and risk management).

- Participate in design reviews, drive alignment across teams, and communicate trade-offs and decisions to stakeholders.

- Remain hands-on : contribute to design and implementation, unblock the team, and take ownership of critical components.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders, document decisions, and influence technical direction across teams.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core.

- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and AWS.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Knowledge of observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).

- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD).

- Basic understanding of AI concepts and ability to evaluate AI-driven solutions.
