About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Core Developer with strong expertise in Multithreading, TPL Libraries, and Async/Await programming. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and AI Agent creation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core.

- Implement efficient multithreading and parallel programming solutions.

- Work with Task Parallel Library (TPL) for concurrent and parallel operations.

- Develop high-performance applications using Async/Await programming.

- Identify and resolve performance, concurrency, and synchronization issues.

- Use GitHub Copilot and AI coding prompts to improve development productivity.

- Create and work with AI Agents for development and automation use cases.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and application maintenance.

- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in .NET Core

- Hands-on experience in Multithreading

- Strong knowledge of TPL Libraries

- Excellent understanding of Async/Await programming

- Experience with GitHub Copilot / AI coding prompts

- Knowledge or experience in AI Agent creation

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Additional Requirements :

- Immediate to 15 days joiners only

- Valid Passport is mandatory

- Willingness to work 4 days from office

- Comfortable working in 12 PM - 9 PM shift

- ODC environment experience is preferred

- L2 Face-to-Face interview is mandatory.

- Candidates can attend the L2 F2F interview at any Mphasis location.
